Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The home has been beautifully renovated, and you can tell that every detail was thoughtfully planned. It was one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could have needed—from a blender, crockpot, spices, plastic bags, and food storage containers to grilling tools and every cooking utensil imaginable. There was even a built-in ice machine and a wine refrigerator, which were wonderful extras that we used every day. The home was also stocked with games and cards for the kids; plus, everything we needed for the beach. They provided brand-new beach chairs, beach toys, cooler bags, and so many little extras that made packing for our trip so much easier. There was even a fishing rod that my boys used off the dock, and they were thrilled to catch a few fish! The layout of the house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, while the large kitchen, dining area, and living room made it easy for everyone to gather together. The views were absolutely stunning. We loved overlooking the dune lake, and from the third-floor balcony you can even catch a glimpse of the Gulf. The location couldn't have been better. Beach access was quick and easy, even if you chose not to use the included golf cart. Having the golf cart was such a great bonus, and it made getting around even more enjoyable. The neighborhood pool was right next door, and our family loved exploring the walking trails, hiking, and being able to walk to nearby restaurants and grab ice cream. One of our favorite parts was the beach access at the end of the road. The beach was never overly crowded, and we were able to find golf cart parking every single day. While there aren't restrooms at that access point, the beautiful, uncrowded beach more than" (10/5)
