Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

(Our code stopped working for the door, no big deal.) I took off one star because of all the smoking. This property claims there is no smoking in rooms or on balconies but we were so tired of all the cigarette and 420 multiple times a day. We couldn’t be on the balcony at all because of it. I called the front desk three times and each time they said they would have security take care of it but I guess we’re just not used to smelling smoke daily because it never stopped. The property felt really safe with the guards who check you in and out, that was nice having 2 daughters here with me all week. We would definitely return, it was such an amazing trip.
