This was our third winter in this unit and loved it every time. Can't beat the view. Well furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds and furniture. Jody, especially, was super at taking care of any concerns we encountered before, during and after each of our stays. Maintenance people were efficient and courteous whenever we needed assistance. Not as impressed with cleaning people this year. Took me about 3 hours to get stove top cleaned after we arrived. There were pieced of dirty silverware in the drawer and there hadn't seemed that much had been done in the way of cleaning. If the opportunity arises, we would definitely book another stay in this condo. We had an opportunity to meet the owner and have every confidence that he plans to make some major improvements in the unit. Unit had all the comforts of home without needing any extras once we arrived. great ocean view from balcony and outside furniture was perfect nice and relaxing place to spend the mornings and evenings watching the sunset. We would have no issues booking this unit again. Elevators are fast and there are 4 total we never had to wait more than a minute to go up or down.
