Two parking spaces: one in the garage and one overflow parking space on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

It was clean, had everything we needed and plenty of sleeping space for 13 people. We were on the first floor and the pool was literally right outside our back porch and the beach just a short walk. The only negative would be parking. For a unit that sleeps so many people it would be nice to be able to park at least 3 cars on the property or be provided a safe alternative to park additional vehicles. They did come to fix the dryer on Friday but it still didn’t work after they came. There was no ocean view in the house. Which was misleading from pictures. I had to go off property to do office work because the internet did not work. I talked to the owner in unit 3, she said it’s always been a problem. I didn’t like not having a car because of there were only 2 cars allowed on property. I had to pay to park my car for the week. The pool was very dirty the first few days. They did clean it on Tuesday. The hot tub was kinda green also which they did put a new pump in it on Thursday. The house was clean and very large which we did use all 5 bedrooms which was nice. We had great access to the pool and beach which was nice as well." (6/5)
