Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

This is our second year to vacation at My Beach Alibi and we found it to be just what we expected. A nice time was had by all. We will return.
My family and I loved this rental! It's very spacious, nicely furnished, and the proximity to the beach is so convenient. There was a maintenance issue with the pool heater, but the management and maintenance teams were extremely prompt in addressing and correcting the problem. We will definitely book this rental again next year!
In June 2025, we stayed at My Beach Alibi through Beyond Blue Vacations. The home has an excellent design from the open family and dining room to the kitchen. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for my wife and me, our daughter’s family of 4, and our son’s family of 6. We especially loved the outdoor area which included a covered deck, sunbathing space, and an awesome pool with a water feature. The grandkids and others really enjoyed the pool time as some are not ocean people in terms of getting in the Gulf. The only negative comment is we had an AC issue for the entire stay, which comprised of an irritating intermittent squeal from the interior AC unit loud enough to disrupt the sleeping at night and the 2nd floor was reaching 75-76 degrees. However, over a few days I worked with Beyond Blue and they provided 2 portable AC units and a fan to supplement the fans we had. I must state that conversations with 5 separate Beyond Blue people, including 2 maintenance technicians in person, were nothing less than professional. They did listen sincerely and made every effort to address our concerns and needs to make the stay a positive one. Additionally, they did provide a partial but sizable monetary refund, which was greatly appreciated! The bottom line is even with the AC issue it was a great family vacation. Would we stay at My Beach Alibi again? Definitely...yes! [This assumes the AC will be fixed. :)] Also, would we rent through Beyond Blue a third time? Yes!
