"Blue Haven" is a lovely, completely renovated, Tivoli Townhome on the Beach side of Sandestin Resort. Blue Haven comes with a golf cart and is located on Baytowne Golf Course near Sandestin Beach, Tivoli's community pool, and all of Sandestin's amenities. The Beach is only 0.5 miles away, and this home offers quick access via our 6-seat golf cart.

First-come, first-served parking for one vehicle. 

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

First, this place has zero parking near the room for most the entire stay so you had to park and walk to the room. Also, one of the beds was full of sand from previous renters. Which means the cleaning crew didn’t even bother to look or change the sheets. Not to mention sand was all in the floor we had to sweep once we arrived. The beach access is absolutely the worse I’ve had while vacationing in Florida. It’s near the hilton on Sandestin and they have the entire beach covered with beach chair rentals. It’s 8 deep from the front to back and from side to side as far as you can see. So unless you plan on forking out $300 for the week on a chair don’t expect to be anywhere close to the water. Also, it was so packed it was unreal worse than spring break in my opinion. I will never stay here again." (2/5)
