Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

- **Lisa R.**: "Overall, we really liked this rental and would stay again. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. The size of the space was great. ALL bedrooms and laundry space are upstairs. This was fine for us. It actually creates a great view from the master bedroom window. The rental company was EXCELLENT! Had to contact them for a few things and they were prompt and very professional. The rental was clean, well equipped for the most part. I will say the sofas need replacing. The material is hard and almost scratchy. The TVs need updating. There’s no streaming capability, so the old fashion “Guide” is what you get. I wish I had brought my own cooking pan and spatula. There’s were very cheap so made it hard to cook without food sticking. The beach chairs were pretty rusted bc they are sitting outside the unit. If kept in an interior closet they would last longer. Golf cart was GREAT! Had a great time riding around. The beach was just a few minutes ride on the GCart. The lake right outside the living room slinding door was great to see each morning. My husband fished every day, I think that was a big plus for him. Loved the neighborhood, shady, homey feel to it. If the rental company would update TVs, and make a few small improvements, this place would be perfect." (8/5)
