About our founder
Before relocating from California to Florida, Michelle Walker worked in commercial real estate and development. After purchasing several short-term rental properties, she entered the vacation rental industry in 2005 and increased annual revenue on each property by at least 100% within two years. She knows how to navigate both strong and challenging markets and help properties prosper.
Michelle helped grow two vacation management companies from infancy into successful operations before founding Beyond Blue Vacations in November 2018. She has refurbished hundreds of homes, transforming diamonds in the rough into sought-after, high-performing vacation properties.
